Webcasting
TWEURO has been one of the leading TAP and TURA projects to develop webasting technologies and expertise. The projects first webcast was from the Barcelona TAP concertation meeting, while the second covered the EITO 98 report launch in Brussels and the latest from the launch of EuropeanTelework Week, again in Brussels.
Webcasting is simply the tramission of live or pre-recorded material over the Internet. The technology enables people from all over the world to view a webcast event on their desktop PCs. Live events are archived so that people can review the happenings later.
