	D2.1 User Requirements Statement

		This deliverable presents the user requirements and the procedures which were used do define them for both Syrecos applications (Continuous Education Information System & Technology Transfer Information System). Four kinds of requirements are presented: functional, technical, organisational and data requirements.

		D3.1 Specification Definition

	Here are presented all the specifications of the Syrecos Information System. It contains mainly database specifications, screen designs and descriptions, technical specifications (general architecture, security...) and development specifications (how to organise the co-operative development of the applications).

	D41: Version 1 of the Application

		This deliverable is made of two web-sites which can be accessed from the URL http://www.syrecos.lu/D41. Since it is a deliverable, it isn't the last version of the applications. Parts of the applications have access restrictions.

	D42: User’ s Manual of the version 1 of the applications

	Each application has it's own user manual. TFC stands for "Teleservice pour la Formation Continue" or Continuous Education Information System, and TTT for "Teleservice pour le Transfert de Technologie" or Technology Transfer Information System.

D5.1 Evaluation report on validation

Second version February 1998

This document is the fifth deliverable of the Syrecos project. It is the expression of the technical, functional, organisational and European validation of the D4.1 deliverable (Demonstration software V1). http://www.syrecos.lu/delivrab/D51

The validations of both applications have been done independently, but are presented together since they cover the same topics.

Since the project is conducted only in French-speaking regions, the document is written in French open text.

This document wants to reflect the analysis of the adequacy and of the necessary evolution of the demonstrator on the basis of effective users usage. Therefore large parts of the document focuses on reactions, requests and comments of the users. As result, this document presents the needed and possible evolution of the Syrecos system.

D6.1 Welcome in the SYRECOS Application

The D61 is an improved version of the D41 deliverable. The main developments cover additional functions, some ergonomically improvements and bug fixing. All improvements where decided on the basis of user requests and of the D51 Evaluation report on validation.

D6.2 User Manual of the Demonstration Software V.2

This document is the seventh deliverable of the Syrecos project. It is the second version of the user manual and was written to help users with the second version of the Demonstration Software (D6.1 Deliverable, April 98). The next deliverable is a third version of the application (November 98).

The user manuals of the applications have not been merged because users of both applications are normally different people. http://www.syrecos.lu/delivrab/D62

A common first page has been created for the purpose of the deliverable D6.1. It can be accessed in order to evaluate the user manuals in comparison with the concerned application.

Since the project is conducted only in French-speaking regions, both user manuals are in French. A translation of Syrecos TFC in German and/or in English is being discussed.

D6.3 Specification Dossier

This deliverable is related to an extension of the TFC application that will improve the ergonomy of the system by one category of users: the training centres. Traditional web interface is limited regarding data-management, and training centres have to manage their whole training's catalogue in the Syrecos' Database. This new application will allow them to enjoy the standard facilities of a normal data management application.
